From the first idea to the flight home.
A small team looks after the whole trip. Here's what happens, step by step: the quote you choose from, how your booking is protected, and My Travel, your trip on your phone.
No fee, one price, and your money protected.
- No fee
- We're paid by commission from the suppliers we book with, so there's nothing extra to pay us. Only a very complex itinerary might need a small planning deposit, and that comes off the price of your booking.
- A quote costs nothing
- Ask all the questions you like and see as many options as you need. Nothing is booked or paid until you've spoken to us and said yes.
- One price for the whole trip
- Flights, hotel and transfers booked together as one package, at one total price. Pay in full, or spread it by direct debit with a low deposit.
- Your money protected
- We're members of ABTA (P8786) and packages with flights are ATOL protected, so the money you pay for a package holiday is financially protected. Your ATOL certificate waits in My Travel.
Seven steps, one team.
The same people from your first message to the flight home.

We talk it through
The team reads every request and gets back to you, usually the same day, the way you asked us to. If anything's unclear, we ask.

Your quote, to choose from
Within a day or two you'll have a private quote to look through: everything that's included, the hotels to choose between with the price for each, and your trip day by day. Nothing is booked until you say yes. See an example

Booked, and protected

Shallow turquoise water and white sand at the far north-west tip of the island, reached by boat from Kissamos or a rough track.
A Venetian harbour with a lighthouse, narrow lanes of shops and tavernas, and the mountains behind.

On the north coast between Rethymno and Heraklion, with small coves right in front of the hotel and plenty for children.
Built into the hillside around its own sandy bay, about ten minutes south of Agios Nikolaos, with calm, sheltered water.
Terraced down the slope at Plaka, looking straight across the water to Spinalonga, with private pools and a fine spa.

Bethany organised an amazing trip to Thailand and Dubai. The hotels she recommended were perfect and the whole trip was so well organised we could just relax and enjoy it.

Ask your quote anything.
Every quote has its own assistant, the Itinerary Wizard. Ask it about the weather, what to pack, what's nearby or how to get around, at any hour, and it answers from your trip.
Or tell it what you'd like changed: a few nights somewhere else, a different room, another airport, more excursions. It puts it all together for your travel specialist, who updates your quote.

What people ask us.
The rest are in the FAQs, from insurance to health advice. Or ask the team: a real person will reply.
What do you actually do?
Everything from the first idea to the last transfer home: itinerary planning, flights, hotels, cruises, excursions and extras, with support throughout your trip.
Is there a fee?
No. We're paid by commission from the suppliers we book with, so there's no extra cost to you. For very complex itineraries we may ask for a small planning deposit, which comes off the price of the booking.
Can I have a cost breakdown?
Your holiday is booked as an ABTA and ATOL protected package with one total price that covers everything, so the components aren't priced separately. Quotes are only valid when issued because availability changes constantly.
When should I book?
Early, especially for popular destinations and school holidays. It secures the availability you want and often a better rate.
What if I need to cancel?
Contact the team straight away. We'll handle the cancellation and help with the documents you need for an insurance claim.
Where can I see my itinerary?
Online, in My Bookings (in the menu and at the foot of every page), which opens your trip in My Travel.
