What do you actually do?
Everything from the first idea to the last transfer home: itinerary planning, flights, hotels, cruises, excursions and extras, with support throughout your trip.
Is there a fee?
No. We're paid by commission from the suppliers we book with, so there's no extra cost to you. For very complex itineraries we may ask for a small planning deposit, which comes off the price of the booking.
How personal is "personalised"?
Properly personal. The itinerary is built around who's going, what you like, how fast you want to move and how much you want to spend, with local experiences built in where they fit.
Can I have a cost breakdown?
Your holiday is booked as an ABTA and ATOL protected package with one total price that covers everything, so the components aren't priced separately. Quotes are only valid when issued because availability changes constantly.
How do you choose hotels?
To match your budget and the comfort you want, in locations that make sense for the trip. Family-friendly, adults-only, boutique, five-star or something unusual: it's your call, with honest advice.
Do I need travel insurance?
Strongly recommended, to protect you against cancellations and medical emergencies. We can't advise on which policy to choose because of FCA rules, but we can point you to a reputable provider.
When should I book?
Early, especially for popular destinations and school holidays. It secures the availability you want and often a better rate.
What if I need to cancel?
Contact the team straight away. We'll handle the cancellation and help with the documents you need for an insurance claim.
How do you know the suppliers are reliable?
We only work with vetted suppliers known for reliability and quality of service, many of them for years.
What about health and safety advice?
We keep up with the latest guidance from travel authorities and suppliers and will tell you what applies to your trip.
Where can I see my itinerary?
Online, through the My Bookings page, which is being rebuilt as part of the new site.
Can you get competitive rates?
Yes. Long-standing industry relationships and knowing where to look mean rates that suit your budget as well as your taste.
What's your own approach to travel?
Curiosity about other cultures and ways of life. The trips we design are meant to be enriching, not just somewhere to lie down.
What happens if something goes wrong while I'm away?
You call or message the team and we sort it: rebooking flights, dealing with the hotel, whatever it takes to keep the trip on track.
