About the hotel
This big, cheerful resort sits on a long sweep of white sand in Cancún's Hotel Zone, with the turquoise Caribbean on one side and the lagoon on the other. Families settle in quickly here, thanks to a kids' club, a children's pool and a water play area, while couples can still find a quiet lounger. The bars, shops and nightlife of the Hotel Zone are a short ride away.
Rooms are bright and comfortable, many with sea views. Everything is included, with a choice of restaurants ranging from Japanese hibachi to Mexican and seafood, plus several bars, one of them a swim-up bar. There are nine outdoor pools, so finding space is rarely a problem. A typical day might be snorkelling in the morning, a round on the golf course next door, then a long lazy dinner.
