How it works

From the first idea to the flight home.

A small team looks after the whole trip. Here's what happens, step by step: the quote you choose from, how your booking is protected, and My Travel, your trip on your phone.

Plan my tripSee My Travel

What it costs you

No fee, one price, and your money protected.

No fee
We're paid by commission from the suppliers we book with, so there's nothing extra to pay us. Only a very complex itinerary might need a small planning deposit, and that comes off the price of your booking.
A quote costs nothing
Ask all the questions you like and see as many options as you need. Nothing is booked or paid until you've spoken to us and said yes.
One price for the whole trip
Flights, hotel and transfers booked together as one package, at one total price. Pay in full, or spread it by direct debit with a low deposit.
Your money protected
We're members of ABTA (P8786) and packages with flights are ATOL protected, so the money you pay for a package holiday is financially protected. Your ATOL certificate waits in My Travel.

Questions about fees and booking

Seven steps, one team.

The same people from your first message to the flight home.

  1. Tell us what you have in mind

Use Plan my trip, call 0191 432 3984, WhatsApp or email. A rough idea is plenty: where, who's going, when, and roughly what you'd like to spend.

  2. We talk it through

The team reads every request and gets back to you, usually the same day, the way you asked us to. If anything's unclear, we ask.

  3. Your quote, to choose from

Within a day or two you'll have a private quote to look through: everything that's included, the hotels to choose between with the price for each, and your trip day by day. Nothing is booked until you say yes. See an example

  4. Booked, and protected

Say yes and we book it all as one ABTA and ATOL protected package, at one total price. There's no fee: we're paid by the suppliers we book with.

  5. Everything in My Travel

Your trip, your documents and a direct line to the team, together on your phone. See what's in it

  6. While you're away

Call or message the team and we sort it: rebooking flights, talking to the hotel, whatever it takes to keep the trip on track.

  7. Welcome home

Share your photos with us in My Travel, and tell us how it went.

Your quote

Your quote, made for you.

No PDFs to pick through. Your quote is a private page, on your computer or your phone, and nothing is booked or paid until you've spoken to us.

Bethany organised an amazing trip to Thailand and Dubai. The hotels she recommended were perfect and the whole trip was so well organised we could just relax and enjoy it.

Itinerary Wizard

Ask your quote anything.

Every quote has its own assistant, the Itinerary Wizard. Ask it about the weather, what to pack, what's nearby or how to get around, at any hour, and it answers from your trip.

Or tell it what you'd like changed: a few nights somewhere else, a different room, another airport, more excursions. It puts it all together for your travel specialist, who updates your quote.

Questions

What people ask us.

The rest are in the FAQs, from insurance to health advice. Or ask the team: a real person will reply.

What do you actually do?

Everything from the first idea to the last transfer home: itinerary planning, flights, hotels, cruises, excursions and extras, with support throughout your trip.

Is there a fee?

No. We're paid by commission from the suppliers we book with, so there's no extra cost to you. For very complex itineraries we may ask for a small planning deposit, which comes off the price of the booking.

Can I have a cost breakdown?

Your holiday is booked as an ABTA and ATOL protected package with one total price that covers everything, so the components aren't priced separately. Quotes are only valid when issued because availability changes constantly.

When should I book?

Early, especially for popular destinations and school holidays. It secures the availability you want and often a better rate.

What if I need to cancel?

Contact the team straight away. We'll handle the cancellation and help with the documents you need for an insurance claim.

Where can I see my itinerary?

Online, in My Bookings (in the menu and at the foot of every page), which opens your trip in My Travel.
