Built like a hillside village in the quiet north-east, with plenty of space for families and couples alike.

About the hotel

Above the valley at Canyamel in the island's quiet north-east, Cap Vermell Grand Hotel (once the Park Hyatt) is laid out like a Mallorcan hill village, with stone buildings, lanes and terraces among the trees. It is peaceful and spread out, with the beach a short drive or shuttle ride away. Families appreciate the space, and couples come for the food and the calm.

Rooms and suites are large and light, many with views over the hills to the sea. There are four restaurants, among them VORO, which holds two Michelin stars, and a Balearic kitchen for island dishes. Days drift between the two main pools, the Serenitas Spa and the children's club, while guests can also use the tennis, padel and indoor pool at the Cap Vermell Country Club next door.

Rooms

Large rooms and suites in village-style buildings, many looking over the valley towards the sea.
