About the hotel
Levin Iglut sits high on Utsuvaara fell, about ten kilometres from Levi village, where the glass igloos look out over the valley and forest towards the northern sky. Being so high and away from the village lights makes for clear views when the aurora is out. It is quiet and intimate, and suits couples and honeymooners above all.
The igloos are warm and well equipped, with beds facing the sky, and the Suite Igloos add a private terrace and jacuzzi. Guests can be woken when the Northern Lights appear. Restaurant Utsu serves refined Nordic dinners under a glass roof with fell views. Days might bring a husky safari or a wilderness trek, then a sauna and a soak before dinner.
