Anassa is built like a whitewashed village of courtyards and terraces on the slope above a quiet beach near Latchi. Beyond it lies the Akamas peninsula, one of the wildest and most unspoilt corners of Cyprus. It suits couples and families who want peace, lovely gardens and the feeling of being well away from the busier resorts.
Rooms and suites look over the gardens or the sea, and some of the suites have a plunge pool. There are three outdoor pools, an indoor pool and a well-equipped spa and health club with sauna and steam. Children have the Explorers club, for ages four months to 12, while grown-ups linger over lunch at the beach bar and choose between several restaurants in the evening.
